A Bespoke Resin Creation – Treasured Memories Preserved Forever

Some pieces are made to be beautiful. Others are made to tell a story. This one does both.

At Dolly’s Delightful Designs, I believe the most meaningful creations are those that hold a special place in someone’s heart.

This beautiful, handcrafted resin Lazy Susan was created as a bespoke commission, bringing together the magic of the New Forest, the beauty of the coastline and a little piece of history.

🦋 Butterflies with a Story to Tell

At the heart of this creation are delicate butterflies dating back to 1942, lovingly entrusted to me by my client to be incorporated into something truly special.

Rather than remaining tucked away, these treasured butterflies have become part of a unique piece of functional art, preserving their history for future generations to admire.

🌿 Where the Forest Meets the Sea

Inspired by my client’s vision, I created a design celebrating the natural beauty of the New Forest and its stunning coastline.

Real sand and shells collected from the New Forest coastline are carefully incorporated into the resin, capturing the meeting of woodland and shore.

Each element has been thoughtfully arranged to create a piece that celebrates nature, history and personal memories.

✨ Bespoke Creations – Your Story, My Craft

Do you have something precious you’d love to preserve?

Perhaps it’s a treasured keepsake, sentimental flowers, a special memory or something that has been passed down through generations.

I specialise in creating one-of-a-kind, handmade resin pieces, designed around your personal story.

From decorative Lazy Susans and serving trays to tables, keepsakes and memorial pieces, each commission is lovingly created with care, creativity and attention to detail.

No two stories are the same. No two creations need ever be the same.

💌 Let’s Create Something Special Together

If you have an idea for a bespoke resin creation, I’d love to hear from you.

Whether you know exactly what you’d like or simply have a treasured item and a little inspiration, we can explore how to transform it into something beautiful.

Your memories. Your story. Your very own piece of art.
